Terms of Service

1. PLANS & SERVICES

Art 1. TOS: SILVER PLAN

  • The authorized processing volume is strictly limited to 5000 Yellow Diamonds (SaaS credits) per user account.
  • This SaaS license does not allow for a subsequent processing volume increase (Scale-up).
  • The user account is eligible for the loyalty program and random algorithmic distributions of Red Diamonds.

Art 2. TOS: GOLD PLAN

  • The Gold License requires a minimum processing volume of 1,000 Yellow Diamonds (SaaS credits) and is capped at 100,000 Yellow Diamonds (SaaS credits).
  • To guarantee continuous computing power and the stability of our AI cloud infrastructure, the allocated balance of Yellow Diamonds (SaaS credits) is locked .
  • Algorithmic analysis is performed with maximum SaaS computing power (priority access to our servers).
  • The Red Diamonds (SaaS credits) generated by the AI are withdrawable 24/7, regardless of the initial credit balance lock.

2. GENERAL & FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Art 3. Obligations & Security (KYC/AML)

  • The user agrees to provide accurate, verifiable, and up-to-date identity information.
  • In compliance with AML laws, the platform reserves the right to request additional identification.
  • The account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Art 4. Financial Policy & Refunds

  • All payments initiated to the platform are considered final and non-reversible.
  • Due to the digital nature, no refunds will be granted once activated.
  • Network fees or bank fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

Art 5. Data Protection (GDPR & Privacy)

  • The personal data collected is strictly limited to necessities.
  • In accordance with GDPR, the user has the right to access and delete their data.
  • The platform commits to never reselling financial or personal data.

3. SECURITY, RISKS & DISPUTES

Art 6. Intellectual Property & Licenses

  • All algorithms, designs, and source codes remain the exclusive property of the platform.
  • Acceptance grants a strictly personal, revocable license.
  • Any attempt at reverse engineering will result in immediate prosecution.

Art 7. Financial Risks & Absolute Disclaimer

  • The use of Evolution mode involves execution on volatile markets.
  • The platform expressly disclaims all liability in the event of capital loss.
  • The user declares to be aware of the risks.
  • There is absolutely no guarantee of amount, frequency, or profitability regarding drops.

Art 8. Termination & Force Majeure

  • The platform reserves the right to terminate access without notice in the event of a violation.
  • The platform is exempt from liability caused by Force Majeure events.
  • Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the platform's headquarters.

4. LEGAL LIMITATIONS & TAXATION

Art 9. Taxation and Declarations

  • The user remains solely responsible for declaring their income.
  • It is the user's responsibility to pay all taxes in their country.
  • The platform does not act as a tax advisor.

Art 10. Global Limitation of Liability

  • The platform shall in no event be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Art 11. Updates & Severability

  • The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • If any provision is declared void, it shall not affect the remaining clauses.
